Chemical peels are an accelerated exfoliation of the skin induced by chemical agents. The depth and results depend on the peel applied that is applied to the skin, the ingredients and skin type. Using the chemical peels usually results in the skin shedding which assists in reduction of sun damage, pigmentation, acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles.
In these treatments we apply a chemical solution to the skin which helps the top layers to gently shed off leaving the new skin underneath smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin. Skin peels are an effective treatment for facial blemishes, wrinkles, and uneven skin pigmentation. They exfoliate the outer layers of dead skin, revealing a new skin layer with improved tone, texture, and colour.
Peel accelerator: Correct the skin with vitamins, antioxidants and hydroxy acid to renew, brighten and smooth out the skin.
Ageless peel: Cosmedical grade vitamin A, amino acid and collagen peel to treat ageing and sun damaged skin working on a dermal level to revitalise and give an even complexion.
Purple peel: Cosmedical grade peel to give intense skin peeling in order to accelerate skin regeneration and skin resurfacing. Very intense peel to lighten pigmentation and create skin renewal.
Aha enzyme peel: Our gentle peel used to exfoliate, soothe and hydrate skin used for the dry and sensitive skin types. Creates an overall clearer complexion
Pumpkin peel: OConcentrated pumpkin and fruit pulps, in the form of peels, are a great source of fruit enzymes and AHA’s. Concentrated pumpkin extract contains a wide spectrum of beta-carotene a vitamin A derivative with an outstanding effect on the skin’s retinoic acid receptors, which are responsible for cellular turnover. Pumpkin is a POWERHOUSE of vitamins and nutrients beneficial to the skin and boasts over 100 beneficial vitamins and nutrients with antioxidant benefits.

Peels are used for most skin types there are different peels to treat different skin types and concerns your therapist will assess and create a treatment plan for you.
After a chemical peel, skin is temporarily more sensitive to the sun, so wear sunscreen every day. It should say “broad-spectrum” on the label, meaning it protects against the sun’s UVA and UVB rays. Also, it should be a physical sunscreen and be above SPF 30. Limit your time in the sun, especially between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and wear a wide-brimmed hat.
Chemical peels are usually done on the face, neck, or hands however any part of the body can be treated.
